  • Dots Ring Enamelled – Large

    kr1 525 inc. VAT

What are Dots? Surely it’s associated in many different ways yet still remaining as a clean, little circle. In music this small, round mark is used to denote lengthening of a note or rest by half, or to indicate staccato.

Dots Collection is filled with music by some of the talented musicians in the Arctic Philharmonic. What do I mean by that? This means that our unconventional collaboration of spreading the arctic arts, includes that some of the artists in the orchestra are wearing Dots on their musical journey and I am spreading their art by inviting you to listen to them as you receive your jewellery. Join us in an unconventional way of spreading the arctic arts. I’ve made hundreds of Dots since I started making them in 2009, and am so excited to see them worn by so many friends out there. They especially enjoy spending time with you on your adventures – often outdoors – and are very comfortable to wear.

Whether you choose the Enamelled or Naked version, they might become an everyday favourite. The Naked ones come in shiny silver, rhodium blackened or 14K gold plated silver. Enamelled pieces are meticulously hand painted with vitreous enamel – an ancient old technique that takes skill and patience. The transparent glass gives a beautiful and forever lasting brilliance. I choose my colours inspired by the arctic nature.

Mix and match with different colours and sized rings, – three on one finger makes a perfectly personal cocktail ring and one looks just right. The Dots never go out of style and often become a favourite as they are designed for your comfort. I use transparent vitreous enamel for the light and sheer transparency.

    Enjoy!

    Dots are forever.
