Delivery

All products are shipped from Norway to your designated delivery address. For security reasons, your package comes in a neutral package without our brand name. 

Inside the neutral package every purchase will be delivered in a beautiful, FSC-certified gift box that includes a special thank-you note and some extra items to enhance the experience of my Arctic artwork, making it perfect for gift-giving.

We utilize Bring MyPack for domestic deliveries in Norway and TNT/FedEx for international shipments. In Norway Bring/Posten will send you an email/sms with tracking information and when your package is ready for you to pick up at your nearest Post with ID. For international orders a signature is required upon delivery; if you’re not available, the package will be redirected to a specified location, and you will receive a notification.

If you place an order with multiple items, we will send your order only when all items are ready for shipment. If you’ve ordered an item that is on back-order we will send your complete order as soon as your piece is made and available. 

Complimentary Shipping on All Orders in Norway

We currently offer free standard shipping in Norway. For all orders outside Norway we utilize TNT/FedEx and a flat rate will be estimated for you at check out depending on your shipping address.

Delivery Times in estimates

For items marked ‘IN STOCK’:

Norway: 2-7 business days depending on Bring/Posten and shipping address.

Europe: 3-5 business days

Rest of the world: 2-7 business days

Tracking Your Order

All shipments are insured and include a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or sms (don’t forget to check your spam folder).
