Payment, Pricing, and Tax Information

Payment Options accepted:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, American Express
Online Payment Services: PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Vipps.

After placing your order, your creditcard will be charged as we send your order. We may hold the funds on your card for up to 30 days until your order is invoiced and shipped. This may be the case if you have ordered an item on back-order.

Pricing and Currencies
Pricing is currently in NOK with VAT included when shopping in Norway.

For all other customers shopping for instance from the USA, within EU etc, tax and import fees are not included in the price shown during checkout. The flat rate for shipping will occur in checkout depending on your shipping address given.

TNT/FedEx will act as the broker for customs clearance, collecting any necessary customs duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for these charges.

For more complex questions regarding customs regulations and import fees, please contact your local customs office. We are working on offering new solutions for our customers within the EU and internationally with shipping form Sweden.

As prices on fine metals are going through significant changes we reserve the right to change and update prices on our website thereafter without prior notice.
