Dots Enamel Triple Ring – Colour from the Arctic
A small disc of fine metal, a layer of coloured glass, and the heat of the kiln. That’s all enamelling really is — a technique used to colour jewellery for more than two thousand years, and one I’ve practised in my Henningsvær workshop since 2010.
The glass is fused to the metal at high temperature, becoming part of the piece itself. The colour will not fade, scratch off, or change with time. Transparent enamels catch the light like still water; opaque ones hold their colour with quiet certainty. Each dot passes through many small, careful stages before it’s ready to wear.
Dots have been the heart of my collection since 2010 — small, classic, and made to be lived in. Mix sizes, mix colours, and let them grow with you.
